Description:
30-year-old female who is here today for consultation to discuss options for liposuction on the abdomen and upper medial thighs. She does not currently have any children, and does not know if she will have them in the future. Height is 5’10”. Weight is 185 pounds. She stated that her primary concern was the abdomen and the upper medial thighs, regarding excess fat. She noted that even when she weighed much less, these areas have always been a problem for her. She states she feels like she has “two stomachs, with an area of fullness in front of her ribs, a small indentation at the mid abdomen, and an area of fullness at the lower abdomen”. Her goal is to have a smoother abdomen. She also has concerns about fullness in the mons area, but did not know if this could be addressed with liposuction. She ultimately opted to have tumescent liposuction performed at the abdomen(upper and lower regions), mons area, and upper medial thighs. The results are shown at 5 months.
