Description:
35 year old here today for consult for breast lift, and to improve her breast symmetry. She is a mother of two, did not breast feed either, and states that she is back to her pre-pregnancy weight from the birth of her last child. She wanted to discuss her options regarding improving the asymmetry of her breasts as well as their “drooping”. Height is 5’4″. Weight is 160 pounds. To address her breast ptosis (droop), we suggested to proceed with a mastopexy (breast lift) to correct these issues of sagging and appearance. This also allowed us to reduce the size of her areolae, which were stretched out and too large for her breasts. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. To improve symmetry, over 250 grams of breast tissue was removed from the right breast during the surgery. Results shown at 3 months.
