Description:

22 year old student, arrives to our office with her aunt and grandmother. She wears a 36DD bra, but she says there is still overflow. She has back, neck pain, and she is starting to notice slouched posture because of the weight of her breasts. It is difficult to find bras, swim suit tops, and shirts to wear. She does know someone who has had this surgery (aunt), therefore, she knows what to expect. She also has seen a spine surgeon, who has recommended breast reduction for her upper back issues. Height is 5’4″. Weight is 181 pounds. She had a bilateral breast reduction with a total of 390 gm removed from the left breast, and 375 gm removed from the right; with nipple position corrected as well (see images). The procedure was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results shown at 3 months.
