Description:
29 year old woman with two children, 3 months and 17 months old. 10 years earlier, she had a breast augmentation performed in Washington. She does not have the records: the implant sizes are not known, but she believes that they are underneath the muscle. The implants are saline. She was very unhappy with the outcome. Height is 5’9″. In order to correct her issues (which are severe breast ptosis, massive areolar hypertrophy, and implant malposition) we performed: Bilateral removal of breast implants, nipple reduction and extended mastopexy in order to improve the aesthetics of her chest wall, and improve symmetry. Results are shown at 3 months.
