46 year old female, she has two children ages 19 and 15 years old, both of whom she breast-fed. She is here today to discuss breast enhancement options and tummy tuck. This is something she has thought about for a long time, and is a Christmas present from her fiancé. Her goals are to remove the excess abdominal skin and tighten her entire abdominal wall. An abdominoplasty with rectus repair was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. The underwear demonstrates the goal of having the scar hidden by bikini or undergarments, although sometimes this is not entirely possible. Results are shown at 6 months.
