47 year old mother of four. She is unhappy with the excess skin and fatty tissue in the abdominal area and the excess fullness in the saddle bag area and medial thighs. She states that she has thought about doing this for years and has done a lot of research on both procedures. She states that she has seen our website and has cut down her cigarette usage from one pack a day to 10 cigarettes a day. She really wants to do the abdominoplasty ASAP and is willing to smoking completely if that is required (it is). Height is 5′ 2″. Weight is 147 pounds. After she successfully quit smoking cigarettes, an abdominoplasty with rectus repair was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
