26 year-old to discuss breast augmentation. She noes she wore a 34-D bra prior to pregnancy. She had a son 18 months ago, whom she breastfed for 7 months. After breastfeeding, she lost breast volume and now wears a B cup size. Height is 5’2″. Weight is 110 pounds. She notes she will most likely have more children in the future. Her goal is to increase breast size, particularly when she is wearing a swimsuit. She was concerned about how breast implants might impact future breast feeding. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 400 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 400cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via an inframammary incision. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
