Description:

23-year-old female presented to discuss options for breast augmentation. She does not have children currently, but states she will likely have them in the future. She wanted to know if breast augmentation will limit her ability to breast feed. She currently wears a 32B bra, and would like to have more volume. She likes the round “headlight” appearance of some of the augmentation photos from my website: she wants the upper pole fullness and wants her breasts to look perky. Height is 5’6″. Weight is 110 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 350 cc. She was augmented with 355cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
