Description:
28-year-old female who desired information regarding breast augmentation. She was accompanied by her husband; they have two children, ages 2 and 4 years old, that were both breast fed, and they are not sure if they will be having more children. She states she has considered breast augmentation for quite some time, and has talked to several friends who have had it done. She wore a 32A bra, and she was hoping that augmentation will get her closer to a C cup. Her goal is to have more volume that looks natural and is proportional to her body. Height is 5’3″. Weight is 120 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 300 cc. She was augmented with 300cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 3 months.
