46-year-old female who is here today for consultation to discuss options for breast augmentation. She is accompanied today by her husband. She has two children, ages 13 and 18 years old, and both were breast fed. She states she had lost a lot of breast volume after her pregnancies, but had never had very large breasts. She is also very active and maintains a healthy weight. She states she has several friends who have had augmentation done, and she is hoping it will be a good option for her. She would like a natural and proportional look. Height is 5’8″. Weight is 125 pounds. She does have a pre-existing Pectus Excavatum deformity, which is a depression of the sternal area and can create a very deep cleavage after breast augmentation. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 300 cc. She was augmented with 325cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
