Description:

27-year-old interested in breast augmentation. She notes she recently lost about 15lbs, and her breast size decreased. She used to wear about a C-cup, but she is unsure what size she currently wears. She does not anticipate any further weight changes. She does not anticipate any future pregnancies. Her goal is for the breasts to be slightly larger than they were prior to weight loss. Height is 5’6″. Weight is 132 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 250 cc. She was augmented with 250 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
