Description:

34-year-old female who desired information about breast augmentation. She is single and has 2 children that were not breast fed. She currently wears a 34B bra, and she is hoping augmentation will get her to at least a full C cup. She states her breasts look saggy, and is wondering if the implants will make her breasts “perkier”. She would like to be able to have cleavage, and wants her breasts to look proportional and as natural as possible. Height is 5’5″. Weight is 138 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 400 cc. She was augmented with 400 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
