32 year old stay at home mother with three children under the age of 6; She breast fed all of her children for 5 months each. She states that her current bra size is a 34 A and that she has always been very small breasted. She would like to be a full C cup; she would like to look better in clothing and be more proportionate. She has seen our website and her mother in law had her breast augmentation by us several years ago. Height is 5’3″. Weight is 125 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 350 cc. She was augmented with 350 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
