Description:
A pleasant 31-year-old female who is here today for consultation to discuss options for breast enhancement. She has two children, and she plans to have another child. She breast fed both children. She currently wears a 34B bra, and she would like to have more volume in her breasts. Height is 5’7″. Weight is 125 pounds. She had a consultation with another physician, but after that consultation and after talking to her friend who had already had the procedure, she feels like she has gotten mixed information. She therefore set up an appointment to see me to get another opinion in order to know what she needs to research. She has heard pros and cons of silicone vs. saline implants, as well as the textured, tear drop implants, but she is not sure what she should get. Her goal for breast augmentation is to have more volume that is natural and proportional to her body. She was augmented with 325cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 4 months.
