Description:

39-year-old female who came for consultation to discuss options for breast augmentation.  She has had some weight loss, and states her breasts now look very “deflated.” Her sister had a breast augmentation by me a few years previously, and she was very impressed with her sister’s outcome. She is hoping that implants will help “fill out” her breasts, and give her upper pole fullness; she would like her breasts to look natural and proportional to her body. She currently wears a 32C, and would be happy with one or two more cup sizes increase. Height is 5’7″. Weight is 125 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 250 cc. She was augmented with 250cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
