43-year-old who wanted to discuss breast options; she currently resides with her husband and two children (21 & 7). She is unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She breast fed both of her children, and states that she has a “deflated” look. She would like for her breasts to be “perky” again. She wears a 36c cup and would like to have more volume, while maintaining a natural and proportionate look. She is aware that she may need to have a lift prior to augmentation, and that they will have to be completed at separate times. is 5’11”. Weight is 160 pounds. To address her significant breast ptosis (droop), we suggested to proceed with a mastopexy (breast lift) to correct these issues of sagging and appearance. After she had healed from the breast lift, she returned to our in-office facility for breast implant placement. Results are shown here 3 months AFTER the breast implants were placed in her second procedure (300 cc, under the muscle placement).
