45-year-old female interested in breast augmentation and inverted nipple correction. She has two grown children. She did not breast feed either of her children and has no concern with droop. She reports that she has always had a small chest and currently wears an A cup. She would like to obtain more volume, while maintaining a natural look that is proportionate to her body. Height is 5’4″. Weight is 132 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 400 cc. She was augmented with 225cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The inverted left nipple was also corrected during the same procedure (the nipple piercing post in the post-op photos is used to maintain the nipple correction for several months after surgery). This surgery was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
