25 year old who is here today to discuss options for breast augmentation. She is a mother to three young children ages 1-3. She did not breast feed any of her children. She is here today with her sister who is also having consultation for breast augmentation. Her breast goal is more volume, she is currently a size 34AA. . Height is 5’7″. Weight is 118 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 300 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 300cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) using an inframammary incision. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
