Description:

44-year-old female who visited to discuss options for breast augmentation. She is a former patient of mine who underwent hand surgery over 10 years ago. She is married and has two children that were not breast fed. She works as an IT manager. She currently wears a 34A bra, and is hoping that augmentation will get her closer to a C cup. She would like her breasts to look natural and be proportional to her body. Height is 5’5″. Weight is 128 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 350 cc. She was augmented with 350 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
