Description:
31-year-old female interested in breast enhancement. She has two children, both of whom were breastfed for less than 1 month. She recently lost 20lbs, and notes that after her pregnancies and weight loss she has greater droop at her breasts, but no discernable change in breast volume that she can tell. She has always been about a B cup size and has always worn substantial padding. Her goal is to increase her breast size, she has had to wear padded bras since puberty to achieve a balance with her hips. She has already had one breast augmentation consultation with a different plastic surgeon, who told her she had ptosis (“droop”) and needed a breast lift. She was nervous about pursuing that option because she would prefer to avoid the scarring typical of a breast lift. Height is 5’4″. Weight is 188.6 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 400 cc. She was augmented with 425 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subglandularly (over the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
