30 year old office assistant, she has two children, ages 9 and 14, who were both breast fed. She currently wears a 34A bra, and states she lost some breast volume after her pregnancies. She is interested in augmentation, and is hoping to have more volume in her breasts that is more proportionate to her body. She would like to have a natural appearance, and is hoping her breasts will look less droopy. Height is 4’11”. Weight is 115 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 400 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 400cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) using an inframammary incision and a dual plane approach to minimize the risk of a ‘double bubble’ deformity. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
