35-year-old female who is here today for consultation to discuss options for breast augmentation. She is a stay at home mother and has 4 children, all were breast fed. They do not plan to have any more kids. She currently wears an A bra, and is hoping that augmentation will get her close to a C cup. Height is 5’4″. Weight is 110 pounds. She states she has done a lot of research on augmentation, and knows that a bra size is not a sure thing (ie not very standardized), but she prefers to have very natural and proportional looking breasts. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 300 cc. Therefore 300 cc high profile silicone gel implants were placed below the muscle (subpectoral) via an inframammary approach. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
