Description:
30 year old and her mother presented for breast consultation. She wears a 32 A bra. and would like to be a full C cup. She does not have any children, but may in the future. She has friends that have had this procedure and has done a lot of research on this subject. She has also seen several other physicians to discuss this procedure. Height is 5’5″. Weight is 110 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was approximately 450 cc. She was augmented with 450 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 3 years.
