Description:

20 year old female, accompanied by her mother, presented to discuss breast augmentation. She is 5’6, 116 pounds, and currently a small B bra. She states that she has wanted to have breast implants for a long time. Her mother had them after she breast fed three children and is very accepting of her daughter having the same done. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 325 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 325 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) using an inframammary incision and a dual plane approach to minimize the risk of a ‘double bubble’ deformity. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
