Description:

33 year-old female presents to discuss breast augmentation. She notes that since she stopped breastfeeding, her breasts have “deflated.” Before pregnancy, she wore a 36A or 36B bra. She notes her chest build limited the clothing she was able to wear to formal events, which she attends frequently due to her husband’s job. Height is 5’7″. Weight is 155 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 400 cc. Therefore, she was augmented with 400cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) using an inframammary incision and a dual plane approach to minimize the risk of a ‘double bubble’ deformity. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
