43 year old mother of two; she did breast feed both. Her current bra size is a 34 B. Her goal is to have more fullness in the tops of her breasts. She desires a natural appearance. She knows several people that have had this procedure and she has seen our web page. She knows she does have some droop of her breasts, but she is hoping that she can avoid the extra external scarring associated with a mastopexy. Height is 5′ 2″. Weight is 115 pounds. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 300 cc. She was augmented with 300 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subglandularly (over the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 3 years.
