Description:
33-year-old female here to discuss breast enhancement surgery. She notes she has never had large breasts or been able to “fill” a bra or a shirt. At puberty, she wore an A-cup size. During pregnancy for her two children (now ages 9 and 7), she was about a C-cup. Height is 5’11”. Weight is 190 pounds. She did not breastfeed. Her goal is to look more proportionate. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 450 cc. She was augmented with 450 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 3 months.
