Description:

30 year old female who presented wishing to discuss breast enhancement options. She has wanted implants since high school, and now she is hoping to move forward with it. She describes her current breast size as a 32A (if that) and would like to have a natural look with a size she won’t have to pad anymore. Height is 4’11”. Weight is 105 pounds. She has one child who is 8 years old, and believes she is done with having children. After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 300 cc. She was augmented with 300 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
