Description:
29-year-old female who visited our office to discuss options for breast augmentation. Her mother and her sister are both already patients of mine, so she has some understanding of the process. She is married and has two children, ages 2 years and 10 months old. She breast fed both children, and stopped breast feeding her baby over 6 months ago. When she was nursing, she was a full C, but now she is a small B cup. Height is 5’6″. Weight is 140 pounds. She would like more volume that is natural and proportional to her body. She was augmented with 400cc moderate high profile, silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle). Because of her pre-existing slight breast droop, a dual plane technique via an inframammary incision was utilized to reduce the risk of a ‘double bubble deformity’. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
