Description:

32-year-old female interested in breast implants. When she was nursing her one daughter (now aged 10), she was a full C cup, but now she has lost all of the volume and currently wears a 34B. Height is 5’3″. Weight is 105 pounds. She has done some research on breast augmentation. She would like more volume in her breasts that is natural looking and proportional to her body. She states she does not want them to look “overdone or pornstar-ish.” After trying on our sizers, she decided that her goal was around 275 cc. She was augmented with 275cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 2 months.
