Description:
Age 36, height 5’3″, weight 125 pounds , 2 children. She had successfully lost 75 pounds, but stated even at her heaviest weight she always felt small breasted. She was augmented with 300cc moderate high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscles) via an inframammary incision. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
