41-year-old female who is here today for consultation to discuss options for a mommy makeover. She used to work as a nurse, but now does not work outside the home. She has 3 children, and all were breast fed. She underwent a hysterectomy in 10 years ago, but in the process of recovering from surgery, she gained about 70 pounds. Starting about 2 years ago, she started a program which involved healthy eating and exercising. So far, she has lost 65 pounds and plans to lose about 10-20 more. She also has concerns about sagging in her breasts, as well as very large areolas. She currently wears a 36D bra, and she is happy with her volume in a supportive bra. Height is 5’5″, Weight is 168 pounds. She would like to know if she is a good candidate for a breast lift to make the breasts perkier. She had a bilateral V-to-T mastopexy (breast lift). The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 12 months.
