33 year old with her husband to discuss breast surgery. She desires more volume, and she is also unhappy with the shape of her breasts. She has looked on our website and has found many cases that she feels like are similar to her shape and size with fantastic outcomes, and based on that she feels like we will be do a great job on surgery for her. Because of her pre-existing breast ptosis, I explained that we would have to address that first, with a breast lift procedure (mastopexy). She had a bilateral V-to-T mastopexy (breast lift). The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia. Results shown at 4 months. After healing from the breast lift, she returned for augmentation: She was augmented with 375cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants placed subpectorally (under the muscle) via inframammary incisions.
