Description:
31-year-old, she has two children, 2 and 5 years old. She breastfed the first child for a few weeks and the second child for 4 months. Prior to pregnancy, she wore a 34DD bra. She gained a significant amount of volume during pregnancy and while breastfeeding, though she does not know what size she wore at that time. She now wears a 34D bra size and is unhappy with her breasts. She states, “I want them where they were, and bigger.” She notes the breast placement is her main concern, though she is apprehensive about the scars caused by a breast lift. She notes she is open to future pregnancies, but is not planning on having any more children at this point. Height is 5’4″. Weight is 130 pounds. Because of her significant breast ptosis (droop), we suggested and she agreed to proceed with a mastopexy (breast lift) to address her concerns regarding sagging and breast appearance. The procedure was performed in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under light sedation and local anesthesia (no implants were placed). Results shown at 3 months.
