38 year old presented to my office to discuss having a breast reduction. She reports she is around a 38DD and has always been “large breasted”. She complained of neck and back pain due to her breast weight. She also noted she has grooves in her shoulders from her bra straps from their pressure. She states she has always wanted to do this but now it feels like the right time for her. She had a bilateral breast reduction with a total of 505gm removed from the left breast and 500gm from the right; with nipple position corrected as well (see images). The procedure was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results shown at 3 months.
