Description:
60-year-old female was very interested in breast reduction options. She has had a large chest since puberty despite exercise. She has been having lower back pain and shoulder pain, which she sees a chiropractor for. She also notes that she must wear 2 sports bras for support should she wish to exercise. She would like to maintain an attractive breast and keep enough breast volume to look proportionate to her body. Height is 5’2″. She had a bilateral breast reduction with a total of 816 gm removed from the left breast, and 809 gm removed from the right; with nipple position corrected as well (see images). The procedure was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results shown at 3 months.
