Description:

63-year-old male who presented desiring to discuss options for ‘bagginess of the lower eyelids’. He said that his father had the same bags under his eyes, and he noticed in the last several years that his own ‘puffiness’ has gotten worse. He has been actively trying to lose weight, and he was hoping that it would help with the eyes, but so far, nothing has changed. He is hoping this will help make the eyes look less tired and more youthful. He had bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty performed, with excess skin & fat resection, fat grafting at the infraorbital rim, and lateral supporting canthopexy.
