45 year old desiring to discuss options for gynecomastia. He has always had an issue with excess tissue in the breasts, but recently, his young daughter made a comment that has pushed him to get it addressed. He states he has done some research on YouTube on different approaches to addressing gynecomastia. He would like to have “scar-less” surgery (this is not possible), and would like his chest to be flatter. Height is 5’10”. Weight is 160 pounds. Using a combination of liposuction and direct excisiom, the excess breast tissue was resected in-office in our fully accredited (AAAASF) facility under local anesthesia. Results shown at 3 months
