Description:
33 year old pleasant female here today to discuss surgical options for her excessive loose skin after massive weight loss. She is not married and does not have any children. She was referred to us by her bariatric surgeon: she underwent gastric bypass and has lost a total of 179lbs. After having this issue addressed, she added that she wants to focus on the excessive skin present bilaterally on her upper arms. She has worked very hard to stabilize her weight and is very interested in hearing what my recommendations and expectations of the procedures will do for her. Height is 5’2. Weight is 144 pounds. An abdominoplasty with rectus repair was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. A total of SEVEN pounds of skin was removed. Results are shown at 6 months.
