29-year-old female who is desires options for excess fat and skin in the abdomen and breast augmentation. She states over the last few years, she has improved her diet and exercises regularly. She has lost a total of 70 pounds, and has maintained a stable weight. After the weight loss, she noticed the excess skin in the lower abdomen that will not go away with diet and exercise, and she has “folds of skin” in the lower abdomen which drives her crazy. She states she does not currently have any children, and she may have them in the future: she wanted to know if either procedure will be problematic if she ends up having children later. Height is 5’6″. Weight is 154 pounds. An abdominoplasty with rectus repair was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Results are shown at 3 months.
