37 year old female. She had an upcoming scheduled hysterectomy, and she desired to have a tummy tuck at the same time if possible, to minimize recovery. Height is 5′ 8″. Weight is 160 pounds. An abdominoplasty with rectus repair was performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia in conjunction with her gynecologist, who simultaneously performed her hysterectomy at the same procedure, through the same incision. Results are shown at 6 months. The underwear demonstrates the goal of having the scar hidden by bikini or undergarments, although sometimes this is not entirely possible.
